The RTD-RA is a monitoring and control interface for the Daikin air conditioner and heat pump range of units. The interface is compatible with the indoor units that have a S21 remote controller network connection.

Control functions include: STAND ALONE MODE: Allows energy-efficient operation of the Daikin system by restricting user operating ranges and unit locked off defined by volt-free contact input. MODBUS SLAVE MODE: Allows control and monitoring of unit operation using RS485 Modbus commands.
